Our policy
HoodratFreaks respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Uploading content you don't own or don't have permission to post — including content with someone else's watermark, logo, or embedded text/domain — violates our Terms of Service and this policy.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on HoodratFreaks infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@hoodratfreaks.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We'll review valid notices and remove infringing content.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including the material that was removed, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be suspended or terminated.
