Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using HoodratFreaks ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Content you upload

You retain ownership of videos and comments you post. By uploading content, you grant HoodratFreaks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting it. You are solely responsible for content you upload and must have the rights to post it.

All uploads are reviewed before publishing and must follow these rules:

• No content involving minors, in any context.
• No animal cruelty or abuse.
• No sexual or sexually explicit content.
• No graphic violence, gore, or content depicting serious injury, death, or self-harm.
• No footage of someone who is drunk, drugged, passed out, or sleeping, unless they clearly knew about and consented to being filmed and posted.
• No copyrighted content you don't own or don't have permission to post, and no content with another creator's watermark, logo, or embedded text/domain unless you are the original creator or have their explicit permission. Cropping, blurring, or editing out a watermark is treated as a copyright violation.

The IP address used for every upload is recorded. Uploading illegal content will result in a report to the appropriate authorities.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We review uploads before they're published and may reject, remove, or take down any content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion — including for violating these Terms, our content rules, or applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will remain available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoodratFreaks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content posted by other users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
